With over 12 years of experience in digital marketing and online business strategy, Raluca is actively involved in growing and educating the local e-commerce market, being an e-commerce trainer and business consultant for starting companies.
Raluca coordinated the launch and growth of Answear brand in Romania. Answear is the first multibrand store in Poland that offers a wide range of products and includes over 200 brands worldwide for clothing, footwear and accessories.
In the past, Raluca has successfully formed and coordinated online teams and projects within Naspers, The Group or F64. Se has a degree in Automation and Computers and is passionate about mathematics. Raluca is convinced that data and logic are the basis of an efficient business strategy.
