Raluca has an experience of over 15 years in the Sales and Operations area, starting as Corporate Sales Executive at Telekom Romania. After five years in the company, she became Head of Sales & Human Resources at dm drugstore markt Romania.

From 2015 to 2018 she was Operations Manager of the clothing brand, TXM textilmarket, and from June 2018 she is at the helm of the German discounter, KiK, in Romania and has managed to open nearly 30 stores in -one year, along with her team.
