Alexandra Ristariu has assumed the position of General Manager Mondelez Romania, starting with June 2019. From her current position, she coordinates the growth strategy of the Mondelez business on the local market by aligning it with the global strategy, recently launched.

Alexandra Ristariu has an international experience of over 11 years in global practice. She inspires people to achieve the best performance and manages to build strong teams with remarkable results. Starting with 2015, Alexandra Ristariu became a member of Mondelez SCE's leadership team, and from 2017 she coordinated the Sales Department of Mondelez Romania, involving a team of 120 people. Within this function, she contributed to the development and implementation of the company's growth strategy in Romania, maximizing the sales potential.

Alexandra Ristariu graduated from the Faculty of Accounting and Information Systems at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
